?Information for Family Members and Guests Attending the Graduation Ceremony

 

Family members and guests are welcome to attend the Graduation Ceremony.

Venue: Administrative Building Gymnasium
Admission Time: 9:00 AM

Important Reminders

★ Please do not bring beverages into the ceremony venue.

★ Volunteers will distribute umbrella covers at the entrances. Please place your umbrellas in the provided covers before entering the venue.

★ Pets must remain inside appropriate pet carriers at all times. Permitted pets include cats, dogs, rabbits, fish, shrimp, and small pet birds, provided they do not disrupt the ceremony. Pet carriers must be properly secured and designed to prevent leakage of waste.

★ Due to the limited space and aisle width in the spectator area, which is equipped with retractable bleacher seating, strollers and pet strollers are not permitted inside the seating area and should be parked outside the venue.

Infants and young children should be carried by their parents or guardians when entering the venue. Pets must remain inside a carrier or pet travel bag at all times while in the venue. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
★ Wheelchair users are warmly welcome to attend the ceremony. Upon arrival, please contact a staff member wearing a vest for assistance with wheelchair-accessible seating arrangements.

Should you require any assistance during the ceremony, please feel free to approach any event staff member. We are committed to providing the necessary support to ensure that all guests can participate in the Graduation Ceremony comfortably, safely, and with ease.
 

Live Viewing Areas for Family Members and Guests

As seating in the main venue is limited, guests are encouraged to proceed to the live viewing classrooms if the family seating area reaches capacity. Enjoy the Graduation Ceremony livestream comfortably from the designated viewing areas.
