【Important Message 】All students please complete the "Homeroom Teacher Evaluation Questionnaire" by June 16, 2025.

Dear Students,
 We value your opinions and want to create a positive and supportive learning environment for everyone. To help us better understand your needs and improve our teaching, we kindly request you to complete in an anonymous questionnaire about our homeroom teacher.

This questionnaire will provide you with an opportunity to share your honest feedback and suggestions. All responses will be kept anonymous and confidential, so feel free to share your honest opinions.

In order to fill out the questionnaire you need to login to school's portal Information System,
please note the system are all in Chinese including the questionnaire, please follow the instructions and translations provided (attachment file).

Please take a few minutes to fill out the questionnaire, there are 10 questions in total and a box
where you can freely leave a suggestion or thoughts. Thank you for your cooperation.
